Every lesson on earth ends with an exam that reality grades.
01The problem
Education measures attendance and recall. The skill that actually compounds in a career, judgment about what will happen, is never taught, never measured and never credentialed.
Play-money forecasting sites exist, but nobody teaches toward them and nobody trusts the record, because nothing was at stake and nobody was accountable for the answer.
02The product
A short lesson ends on one live question it prepared you for. You drag a probability. Free, always. If you are sure, you back it with $10 and the confirm sheet shows the most you can lose, in dollars, before you tap. When the question settles, your receipt says what you said, what happened, and what you got back. Your record is a number anyone can check.
Six lessons are live today: the Fed, IPO confirmations, the daily Bitcoin line, one-touch questions, over/unders, and favourites versus long shots. Each binds itself at request time to the deepest live question of its kind.
03Why this is only possible on Hyperliquid
A lesson can only end on an exam if someone is accountable for the answer. On Hyperliquid, every question here is settled by a deployer who staked 500,000 HYPE and loses part of it for a wrong or late answer. That makes the exam key indisputable, and a school cannot soften it. Calls are placed through an agent key that can never withdraw, so the school never touches the student's money.
04Who pays, and how it earns
A builder fee on every backed call, capped by the user in dollars per $100. Sponsored seasons: a company buys a calibration pot and its name on the lesson. Licences: schools, media desks and forecasting teams run PROOF seasons for their own people.
Foundry keeps builder fees and a tenth of sponsor pots for operations; nine tenths go to learners by a published formula.
05The market
Online learning is a $250B market that has never been able to prove its lessons worked. Forecasting tournaments have run for a decade at play-money scale with tens of thousands of dedicated participants. Prediction markets on Hyperliquid alone carry six-figure token depth on a single Fed question. PROOF sits where the three meet: the first school whose exam is a live bonded market.
06What is live today
Everything on this site runs against Hyperliquid testnet today with real order books and real settlement. Mainnet is one environment variable and a $10 cap. What waits on partners: lessons on questions Hyperliquid has no template for yet, which move to Foundry's own outcome contracts.
07Roadmap
- Month 1Mainnet with a $10 cap. Twelve lessons. Receipts that share like photos.
- Month 2First sponsored season with a published calibration pot. Lift measured per lesson.
- Month 3MACHINE Films integration: every short film ends on a call.
- Month 6Licensed seasons for two schools and one desk. PROOF on the ownership desk.
08The ask
A grant of $150,000 buys two sponsored seasons, twelve more lessons written with subject experts, the calibration engine published with its replay tooling, and mainnet operations for a year. The measure of success is settled calls per weekly learner and median calibration improvement per cohort.
